Claire was recommended to me by the slate manufacturer. I had the roof on my property redone in natural slate but the workmanship was extremely poor. In order to put a complaint in I needed an independent report. Claire's knowledge and experience impressed my builders as she had picked up points that they had not noticed. The final report was laid out professionally and included photos and references. Well worth the money to get someone who clearly knows her stuff. Ms B Davis
